Great to hear. They told me the same, but only after doing a restore i received the message from above. So try it, if nothing happens for a few days.

I have been this afternoon in the Telia shop. They followed the emei “process” without any complain.
They said in 3/5 days it should be unloked after connecting it to itunes.
Looks like sometimes in some places the laws and the customer service are in the customer side (I dont work for Telia

It was a subscription. But as far as I understood the system it shouldn’t make a difference. After 12 month you are entitled to unlock your iPhone.
